花菜叶替代部分日粮对肉鹅生长性能、血清生化指标和酶活性的影响

【摘要】 为探讨花菜叶饲养肉鹅的可行性和效果,选用同批饲养、体重相近的4周龄浙东白鹅,随机分为花菜叶组、黑麦草组和对照组,分别饲喂(20%花菜叶+80%精料)日粮、(20%黑麦草+80%精料)日粮和100%精料日粮,试验期3周。结果显示:用20%花菜叶替代部分精料,试验鹅体重和补饲精料料重比无显著改变(P>0.05);试验鹅血清中TP、ALB和GLU含量差异不显著(P>0.05);BUN和TG浓度极显著降低(P<0.01),AST活性显著降低(P<0.05),ALT活性有所降低(P>0.05);T3和T4含量显著提高(P<0.05);LDL-C含量与其它组无显著性差异(P>0.05),但HDL-C含量极显著提高(P<0.01)。可见花菜叶可作为肉鹅饲料资源开发利用。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the feasibility and effect of raising geese with cauliflower leaves,4-week-old Zhedong white geese with nearly the same body weight were randomly divided into cauliflower group,ryegrass group and control group,and fed for 3 weeks respectively on 20%cauliflower leaves +80%concentrate,20%ryegrass + 80%concentrate,and 100%concentrate.The results showed that the variations of tested geese in body weight and ratio of body weight to feeding were not significant in the cauliflower group(P >0.05);The TP,ALB and Glu contents of the tested geese’s sera had no significant difference(P > 0.05);The BUN and TG concentrations decreased significantly(P<0.01),the AST activity decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the ALT activity somewhat decreased(P > 0.05);The T3 and T4 contents increased significantly(P < 0.05);In addition,the LDL-C content had no significant difference(P > 0.05),but the HDL-C content increased significantly(P<0.01).It was thus clear that cauliflower leaves could be used as a feed resource of geese to be developed and utilized.
