基于DIC方法的混凝土压缩开裂研究

【摘要】 基于数字图像相关技术(digital image correlation,DIC)分析了单轴压缩混凝土表面从加载到破坏的相对变形分布和变形规律。通过图像表面像素点变形进行追踪,发现混凝土开裂前表面出现变形集中区域,它与混凝土最后开裂状态存在确定联系,这一现象对混凝土结构开裂有一定的预测提供了有效的基础信息。DIC技术能获得混凝土表面变形量和开裂位置,适用于混凝土结构的安全监测,也为混凝土力学性能的检测研究提供了新途径。

【Abstract】 Based on digital image correlation( DIC) technology,the research analyzes deformation distribution and properties of the concrete compression from loading process to destruction. The results show that the strain concentration always appears at aggregate before failure by track on the surface of the image pixels. This phenomenon is related to internal or edge cracking and it has some predictive effect of concrete cracking. This study implies that DIC technology can effectively obtain the concrete surface deformation and crack position,this method is applied to the safety monitoring of concrete structures and provides a new way for the research of mechanical properties of concrete.
