水泥稳定碎石基层快速养护早强技术试验研究

【摘要】 利用无侧限抗压强度试验、抗压回弹模量试验及抗裂性能试验,分析研究了养护早强剂类型、养护龄期等因素对水泥稳定材料路用性能影响;自主研发的高温型、低温型和普通型养护早强剂均能有效提高水泥稳定碎石材料的力学性能和抗裂性能;高温型对其强度和抗压回弹模量指标提高幅度最佳,低温型次之,普通型最小,且无侧限抗压强度在养护初期0~7d内改善更为显著,自行研发的水泥稳定材料快速养护早强剂能够进一步改善其路用性能。

【Abstract】 Based on unconfined compression test and anti cracking performance of resilience modulus test,compressive strength test,compressive strength,this paper analyzes the factors on the maintenance of early strength agent type,curing time effect on the performance of water stable material; high temperature,low temperature self development type and common type of early strength agent curing can effectively improve the mechanical performance and the anti cracking performance of cement stabilized macadam; high temperature on the strength and compressive modulus index increase,low temperature type,ordinary type minimum,and unconfined compressive strength in the early stage of curing 0 ~ 7d improved significantly,early strength agent with snap curing for the water stable material can further improve the road performance.
