车用三防灭火毯织物设计与性能测试

【摘要】 设计制织车用三防灭火毯织物,并对织物性能进行了测试分析。采用阻燃腈纶混纺纱、芳纶1313股线和芳纶基材导电纱制织2/2方平织物和4/4急斜纹织物,测试其阻燃性、抗静电性、保温性、透气性、透湿性、厚度、柔软性以及断裂强力。结果显示:采用高性能阻燃纱线,织物阻燃性能和柔软性能优良,防静电效果显著,断裂拉伸性能优越,但透湿性和透气性一般,保暖性能较差。研究指出:若将织物用于防火、防静电、防寒灭火毯开发中,需提高织物的保暖性能。

【Abstract】 Tri-proof fire blanket fabric is developed with modacrylic blended yarn, 1313 Nomex yarn and anti-static Nomex yarn as rawmaterial with 2/ 2 regular basket weave and 4/ 4 diagonal weave, and its performances are tested such as flame retardancy, anti-staticproperty, heat retention, air permeability, moisture permeability, thickness, softness and tensile strength. The research results show thatfabric with high-performance yarn has good flame retardancy and softness, excellent anti-static property, superior tensile strength, moderatemoisture permeability and air permeability and poor heat retention. It is pointed out that the heat retention of the designed fabric remains to beimproved when using as a flame retardant, anti-static and cold-proof fire blanket.
