【摘要】 目的探讨番茄红素软复合胶囊对人体的抗氧化作用。方法将116例符合要求的健康志愿者按丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平随机分为试食组和对照组,试食组连续服用样品120 d,测定两组人群血清中MDA、SOD、GSH-Px水平和安全性指标。结果试食组试食后血清中MDA、SOD和GSH-Px水平与试食前和对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组人群的各项安全性指标试验前后均无明显改变。结论番茄红素软复合胶囊对人体具有抗氧化作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the antioxidant effect of Complex Lycopene Softgels on human body. Methods 116 healthy volunteers who met the requirement were randomly divided into test group and control group according to the levels of MDA, SOD and GSH-Px. Volunteers in test group were orally given Complex Lycopene Softgels for 120 consecutive days. Contents of MDA,activities of SOD and GSH-Px and safety indices were determined at the end of 120 consecutive days. Results The decrease of MDA and the increase of SOD and GSH-Px in test group were significantly greater than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). All kinds of indices of safety did not change before and after the experiment. Conclusion The antioxidant effect of Complex Lycopene Softgels on human body is obvious.更多还原
