【摘要】 目的建立UV法测定木瓜多糖中蛋白质含量的方法并比较不同批次木瓜中的蛋白质含量。方法以牛血清蛋白为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定木瓜多糖中的蛋白质含量。结果检测波长为280 nm,牛血清蛋白在0.01~0.20 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9996),平均回收率为100.41%(n=5)。结论该法简便快速,不同批次木瓜样品的多糖中蛋白质含量存在差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the determination method of protein in polysaccharides extracted from Chaenomelis Fructus by UV, and compare the protein contents of ten different batches of Chaenomelis Fructus polysaccharides. Methods UV method was adopted to determine the protein content in polysaccharides from Chaenomelis Fructus with bovine serum albumin as reference substance. Results The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. And bovine serum albumin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.01-0.20 mg/m L(R2=0.9996) with the recovery being 100.41 %(n=5). Conclusion The UV method can be easy and rapid for the determination of protein in polysaccharides from Chaenomelis Fructus. There are some differences in protein contents of ten different batches of samples.更多还原
