【摘要】 针对凝结水精处理系统进水温度提高至80℃以上引起阴离子交换树脂性能发生较大变化的情况,使用两种实验方法(标准耐温性能试验、试验室28天耐温考核试验)对9种凝结水处理用的阴离子交换树脂样品进行耐温性能筛选。在通过标准耐温性能试验弃去4种耐温性能不达标准的样品后,对剩下5种样品进行试验室28天耐温考核试验,得到树脂耐温性能结果并提出运行方式的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The performance of anion exchange resin was influenced by the condensate water treatment system with the temperature of 80 ℃, and the performance of anion exchange resin was changed significantly. Two experimental methods( standard temperature tolerance test, 28 days temperature resistance performance test) were introduced for 9 kinds of standard samples. Four samples were disabled under standards, and residue five samples were experimented for temperature resistance. The result of resin temperature resistance was obtained and suggestions of the operation mode were proposed.更多还原
