【摘要】 目的:观察肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征采用艾姜温腹散贴敷配合心理干预疗法治疗的效果。方法:选取肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征患者100例,均为我科2014年5月至2015年5月收治,采用随机数字表法分成2组,就痛泻要方加减和匹维溴胺治疗(对照组,n=50)与艾姜温腹散贴敷配合心理干预疗法治疗(观察组,n=50)效果展开对比。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后症状评分、心理状况评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征患者采用艾姜温腹散贴敷配合心理干预疗法治疗,可显著提高临床效果,消除临床症状,改善心理状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of Aijiang Wenfu Pulvis Application combined with psychological intervention on Liver and spleen deficiency of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods: 100 cases with Liver and spleen deficiency of irritable bowel syndrome were selected from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital,they were divided into two groups by random digital table method,the effect was compared between Tongxieyao Formula and pinaverium bromide treatment( the controlled group,n =50) and Aijiang Wenfu Pulvis with psychological intervention therapy( the observation group,n = 50). Results: After intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group( P < 0. 05). The score of symptoms and psychological status of the observation group were significantly better than those of the controlled group( P<0. 05). Conclusion: For Liver and spleen deficiency of irritable bowel syndrome patients,Aijiang Wenfu Pulvis with psychological intervention can significantly improve clinical effect,relieve the clinical symptoms,improve psychological status.更多还原
