【摘要】 目的探讨纤维素性支气管炎的发病机制、诊断依据、治疗措施。方法对我院收治的26例纤维素性支气管炎进行回顾性分析。结果 25例治愈,1例显效。结论本病在慢性炎症基础上,有变态反应直接参与,诊断主要依据咳出支气管管型,病理检查为纤维素性坏死物,治疗加用糖皮质激素方有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aimed to discuss the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of the fibrinous bronchitis.Methods The clinical data of 26 cases with plastic bronchitis in our hospital were followed up retrospectively..Results There were 25 cases cured,one case effectiveness.Conclusion Plastic bronchitis is base on chronic inflammation,there is direct involvement of allergy.The diagnosis of fibrinous bronchitis is mainly depended on characteristic bronchial cast through cough,the pathological manifestation is fibrinous necrosis.Glucocorticoid would be effective for the treatment of plastic bornchitis.更多还原
