品管圈活动在提高护生手卫生依从性中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高护生手卫生依从性中的应用效果。方法:自2015年1月在我院建立品管圈活动小组,对护理实习生手卫生的情况进行要因分析,制定改进措施,随机抽取2014年10月-2014年12月实行品管圈前我院护理实习生42名作为对照组,抽取2015年1月-2015年3月42名护理实习生作为观察组,比较两组护理实习生手卫生依从性。结果:活动开展后,我院护理实习生手卫生依从性显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动对提高护理实习生守手卫生依从性具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle activity in improving hand hygiene compliance.Methods:A quality control circle was set up in our hospital Since January 2015,collected 42 cases of nursing students in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2015 as control group,Collected 42 cases of nursing students in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2015 as observation groupcompared the hand hygiene compliance of nursing students in two groups. Results:and hygiene compliance of nursing students in observation group is higher than that of control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the quality control circle activities can effectively improve hand hygiene compliance of nursing students.更多还原
