梧州市城市社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力研究

【摘要】 目的:了解梧州市城市社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理现状方法方法:采用定量和定性相结合的办法,对梧州市7个社区卫生服务中心在册管理的糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,每个社区卫生服务中心50人,总共350人。结果:饮食、运动、血糖监测、足部护理、用药及吸烟行为6个因子中用药行为得分率最高,平均分4.45±2.90,足部护理和血糖监测行为得分率最低,分别为3.01±2.68和2.50±2.32。糖化血红蛋白<7%例数200人,PAID平均分为16±13;糖化血红蛋白﹤7%例数150人,PAID平均分25±16(P值<0.01)。结论结论:2型糖尿病患者自我管理水平偏低,尤其是血糖自我监测意识和足部护理较差,糖化血红蛋白﹤7患者焦虑指数较高,此次调查影响患者自我管理水平的影响因素最主要为经济因素。社区医务人员应加强患者健康教育和提高自身服务能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To assess the status of Self-management of Type 2 Diabetes Patients in Wu Zhou Community.Methods:Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches to Wuzhou seven community health service centers in diabetes management questionnaire booklet, each community health service centers to 50 people, a total of 350 people.Results:There are 6 behavioral factors including diet, exercise, blood glucose monitoring, foot care, Medication and Smoking behavior, Medication scored the highest marks in them, Average was 4.45 + 2.90,foot care and blood glucose monitoring scored the lowest marks in them,, were 3.01 + 2.68 and 2.50 + 2.32,There were 200 patients with Hb Aic < 7%, PAID average was 16±13,There were 150 patients with Hb Aic≧7%, PAID average was 25±16(P<0.01)。Conclusion:The self-management of Type 2 Diabetes Patients in Wuzhou community at a low level, especially blood glucose monitoring and foot care.Influence factors of patient self-management level of the survey of the economic factors. patients in Hb Aic≧ 7 with higher anxiety index. The economic factors was the most important in survey factors affecting the level of patient self-management.
