【摘要】 现阶段,护理服务仅局限于患者住院阶段,仅有3%的医院会提供院外的延伸护理服务,且大多局限于通过电话、短信等形式进行,这种双盲的交流形式很容易导致信息不对称,从而产生诸多问题。为了减少传统的延伸护理服务模式所带来的问题,提升患者出院后的康复效果,本文提出了将互联网技术应用于延伸护理服务环节,并引申出"健康日记"、"健康秘书"等全新的理念,通过建立护理人员与患者的个性服务关系来实现对患者专业化、精细化的全方位护理服务。系统采用Spring MVC+Spring+Hibernate相结合的框架进行开发,融合了CDN加速、DES传输加密以及实时通讯等技术,并针对移动平台进行优化以适应更为广阔的用户群体。目前,本系统已经在北京301医院代谢综合征科室进行了试验性应用,并取得了良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nursing service is only provided to patients who are in hospital,and only 3% of the hospitals provide extended nursing service outside the hospital,and the forms are mostly limited to telephone,text messaging and other double-blind communication forms,which can easily lead to information dissymmetry and result in many problems.In order to reduce the troubles resulting from traditional extended nursing service pattern and enhance the rehabilitation efficacy of patients after discharge,in this passage,Internet technology is applied to the extended nursing service link and the concepts of Health Diary and Health Secretary are put forward,which enables the patients to achieve a professional and integrated nursing service by establishing a customized connection between nursing staff and patients.Combining the CDN acceleration,DES encryption and real-time communication transmission technology,this passage will illustrate a extended nursing system with Spring MVC and Spring and Hibernate frames and the system is optimized for mobile platforms to adapt to a broader user groups.Currently,this system has been applied in the Department of metabolic syndrome,Beijing 301 Hospital,resulted in great achievement.更多还原
