蒙脱土在酯类合成基础油中的摩擦学性能研究

【摘要】 以癸二酸二异辛酯(DOS)为基础油,在高频往复试验机上考察了蒙脱土K10、蒙脱土KSF与工业蒙脱土的润滑性能。结果表明:三种蒙脱土不能降低DOS的摩擦系数,KSF与工业蒙脱土对DOS的抗磨损性能改善也不够明显,但质量分数为0.2%的蒙脱土K10在DOS中具有较好的抗磨性能,与纯的DOS相比,可使钢球磨斑直径降低22%,磨损体积下降约63%;与KSF及工业蒙脱土相比,K10尺寸小,比表面积大,容易吸附在摩擦接触表面,形成具有抗磨作用的摩擦膜。

【Abstract】 Based on dioctyl sebacate( DOS) as lube base oil,lubricating performances of three styles of montmorillonite,i. e. K10,KSF,and industrial crude,were investigated on a high-frequency reciprocating tribometer. Results showed that any montmorillonite sample does not obviously reduce the friction coefficient of DOS. The wear resistance of DOS is also not remarkably improved by both KSF and industrial crude. However,0. 2%( weight percent) of K10 shows excellent anti-wear properties in DOS. Compared with pure DOS,K10 can decrease wear scar diameter of steel ball by about 22% and wear volume by about 63%. K10 has smaller size,larger surface area and is easily adsorbed on the friction contact region to form a tribofilm for wear resistance.
