温州海外仓建设现状及发展对策

【摘要】 跨境电商已成为温州新的外贸增长点,潜力巨大。在境外的海外仓是发展跨境电商的重要平台和载体,能为跨境电商卖家整合全球各地物流配送服务商,降低跨境物流成本,提升全球用户满意度。当前,温州建设海外仓具有温商与华侨资源丰富、时尚轻工产品种类较多、外贸网络基础条件较好等优势,但是,也存在建设进度不快、整体布局不佳、政策对接不够、技术支撑不足等问题。因此,温州应尽快确定海外仓建设标准、出台海外仓扶持政策、探索海外仓合作模式、做好海外仓产品运营、打造海外仓物流体系,以期在省级公共海外仓建设试点中抓住先机,结合温州产业转型升级的需求,提升温州跨境电商企业的市场占有率和国际竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cross-border electronic business is a new growth point of foreign trades in Wenzhou with huge potential. Abroad oversea warehouse is the important platform and carrier for the development of cross-border electronic business, which can integrate global logistics services for cross-border e-business sellers all over the world, reduce cross-border logistics costs and improve global user satisfaction. The construction of Wenzhou oversea warehouse are featured by rich resources of domestic and overseas Wenzhou businessmen, diversified fashionable light industrial products and mature foreign trade network infrastructure. Meanwhile, there exist some problems like slow construction process, poor overall layout, improper corresponding countermeasures and inadequate technical supports. Therefore, it is important to seize the initiative in provincial public oversea warehouse, upgrade Wenzhou industrial transformation and promote Wenzhou cross-border e-business market shares and the international competitiveness of e-business enterprises.更多还原
