【摘要】 目的研究分析血清25-羟维生素D3浓度与婴幼儿喘息的相关性。方法本次研究按照随机数字法将患儿分为对照组和实验组,对照组的研究对象为54例在2014年2月至2015年6月在我院体检的无个人及家族过敏性疾病和其他变态反应性疾病史健康婴幼儿,而实验组则选取54例与对照组同一时期入院治疗的喘息患儿。两组研究对象采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)的方法检测血清25-羟维生素D3浓度,最后用统计学方法分析其水平及喘息之间的相关性。结果统计学数据显示,实验组喘息患儿的血清25-羟维生素D3浓度明显低于对照组的健康婴幼儿(P<0.05),轻、中、重三种不同喘息等级患儿的血清25-羟维生素D3浓度差异显著(P<0.05),喘息等级越高,维生素D3浓度越低。结论本实验研究提示血清25-羟维生素D3浓度的提高能够有效降低喘息患儿的喘息等级,为临床研究提供研究思路,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 concentration and wheezing in infants. Methods According to the random number method,54 healthy infants without personal and family allergic disease history checked in our hospital during 2014 February and 2015 June were selected as the control group,and 54 wheezing infants hospitalized during the same period were selected as the observation group. Two groups were detected the serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 concentration by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA),and analyzed statistically on the correlation between vitamin D3 concentration and wheezing in infants. Results Statistical data showed that serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 concentration in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The concentration in wheezing infants among mild,moderate and severe grades were significantly different( P < 0. 05),and the higher the grade,the lower the vitamin D3 concentration. Conclusions The research shows that enhancing the concentration of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 can effectively reduce the severity level of wheezing in infants,and provide a new ideas for clinical research,so it is worthy of promotion.更多还原
