【摘要】 近年来,我国在化解产能过剩与产业结构优化升级转型的过程中,出现了人才就业结构性矛盾、劳动力供需匹配失衡、高校人才培养与市场需求脱节的问题。在经济下行压力加大、产业结构调整步伐加快的背景下,人才需求结构性矛盾也随之更加突出,从根本上解决这个问题,还需从人才供给侧改革入手。高校如何有效通过供给侧改革来提升大学生创业就业能力,已成为我国目前教育同经济社会协调发展中亟待解决的突出问题,研究该问题具有十分重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problems of structural conflict of talents,imbalance of demand and supply of working force and disconnection between the talents training and employment market occur during the process of solving the overproducing and upgrading the industrial structure. The structural conflict of talents becomes sharp under the background of economy decrease and fast adjusting of the industrial structure.
