基于硬件在环的客车制动性能仿真测试系统

【摘要】 基于汽车制动性能评价标准,采用Matlab/x PC硬件在环仿真测试技术,设计了客车整车制动性能硬件在环仿真测试系统。利用该测试系统对客车紧急制动时的直线制动性能进行了仿真试验,分析了路面附着系数、制动初速度、横向力等因素对客车紧急制动性能的影响。测试结果表明,该系统能很好地对客车制动性能进行测试分析,避免了实车试验中环境模拟困难、参数修改繁琐及纯仿真试验中制动部件非线性因素难以模拟的问题。

【Abstract】 A bus braking performance hardware- in- loop simulation & test system is designed with Matlab/x PC hardware-in-loop simulation test technique based on vehicle braking performance evaluation standard. This system is used to test and simulate linear braking performance in emergency braking of bus, and the influence of coefficient of road adhesion, initial velocity and lateral force on the bus emergency braking performance is analyzed. The test results show that the system is very helpful to analyze the bus braking performance, avoid the difficulty of environment simulation in real vehicle test, complication of parameter modification as well as the difficulty of simulation of nonlinear factors of braking components in pure simulation test.
