【摘要】 目的分析能级循环康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫对患者运动功能的影响。方法将脑卒中偏瘫患者86例采用随机数字法分为研究组和对照组各43例。研究组应用能级循环康复治疗,对照组应用常规康复治疗,应用功能独立性评定(FIM)量表和简式Fugl-Meyer运动评定法(FMA)分别于治疗前及治疗后4、8、12周进行评定和比较。结果治疗后12周2组患者的FIM评分与FMA评分均高于治疗前,治疗后4、8、12周研究组FIM与FMA评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论能级循环康复治疗能提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能和患者的独立生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of energy level cyclic rehabilitation in treatment of stroke hemiplegia on patients’ motor function. Methods 86 cases of patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into study group and control group,each of 43 cases. whilestudy group was treated with energy level cyclic rehabilitation therapy. Control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,Compared the Functional Independence Measure( FIM) scale and Simple FuglMeyer motion evaluation method( FMA) before treatment and 8 and 12 weeks after treatment. Results After 12 weeks treatment the FIM score and FMA scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment,4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment the FMA score FIM scores of study group were higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion The energy level cyclic rehabilitation therapy can improve the limb motor function and the ability to live independently of hemiplegia patients.更多还原
