【摘要】 简述了国内外职业性格的研究情况,采用"迈尔斯-布里格斯类型指标"(MBTI)测评量表,以国家示范性高职院校昆明冶金高等专科学校外语学院学生为例,对高职外语专业学生性格类型进行调查。根据调查收集的统计数据,分析了高职外语专业学生的性格类型与职业倾向,并提出了几点思考意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Briefly reviews the research on career personality at home and aboard, an investigation based on Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) is conducted among foreign language majors in higher vocational college,taking Kunming Metallurgy College, a national exemplary vocational college, as a case study. Some suggestions on cultivating career personality of foreign language majors in higher vocational college are proposed after analyzing the data collected.更多还原
