【摘要】 目的探讨Brain HQ视觉训练对卒中患者执行功能障碍的康复效果。方法前瞻性纳入2014年6月至2015年1月唐山康复医疗中心住院卒中患者80例,采用计算机分配法随机分为康复组和对照组,各40例。对照组进行常规康复训练,康复组在常规康复训练基础上,加用Brain HQ视觉训练,主要采用三思而行、目标追踪、鹰眼、视觉扫描的游戏模式。两组均训练4周,5次/周,30 min/次。康复前后分别采用执行功能缺陷综合征行为学评价测验(BADS)评测效果。结果康复后4周,康复组在BADS项目中,规则转换卡片测验、动作计划测验、找钥匙测验、动物园布图测验、修订六元素测验及BADS总分[中位数(P25,P75)分别为3.0(2.0,3.0)、3.0(3.0,3.0)、1.0(1.0,1.0)、1.0(0.0,1.0)、3.0(3.0,3.0)和12.0(11.0,13.0)],与对照组[分别为2.0(2.0,2.8)、1.0(0.0,3.0)、1.0(0.0,1.0)、0.0(0.0,0.0)、3.0(2.0,3.0)和8.0(8.0,11.0)]评分比较,两组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 Brain HQ视觉训练系统的娱乐性可显著增强患者训练依从性,从而显著改善卒中患者的执行功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Brain HQ visual training on executive disorder of patients with stroke. Methods Eighty stroke patients with executive disorder were recuited from Tangshan Rehabilitation Medical Center in June,2014- January,2015. Patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group 40 cases by assigning to the computer,and baseline groups match. The control group was given the routine rehabilitation training,while the intervention group was given the Brain HQ visual training based on the routine rehabilitation training,adopted mainly by Double Decision,Target Tracker,Hawk Eye and Visual Sweeps. 30 min / time,5 times / week for four weeks of training.
