多缸液压调节机构的冲击特性研究
Impact Characteristics of Hydraulic Mechanism with Multiple Props
【摘要】 采用自制四油缸液压调节机构对油缸受撞击时的动态响应进行了实验研究.利用电阻式位移传感器测量了各活塞杆的位移—时程曲线,使用MATLAB软件得到了速度和加速度的时程曲线,获得了各活塞杆的最大位移、最大速度和最大加速度随落锤下落高度的变化.结果表明:在任一油缸受撞击时,其他3个油缸的反应时间一致;随着落锤下落高度的增加,各油缸的最大响应速度和最大加速度逐渐增加.
【Abstract】 The dynamic characteristics are studied for a hydraulic mechanism with four hydraulic props in which one hydraulic prop is impacted. Displacement of each hydraulic prop is measured by resistance displacement sensor. Maximum values of velocity and acceleration of four props varying with the falling height of the hammer are simulated using MATLAB. Results show that no matter which hydraulic prop is impacted, the other three props respond always at the same time; both the maximum velocity and acceleration of each hydraulic prop become lager along with the increase of falling height of hammer.
