【摘要】 介绍了全自动煤炭制样系统的结构组成、工作流程及现有性能的试验状况,根据全自动煤炭制样系统的工作特点并结合实际检测经验,分析了需检测的试验参数,从制样质量与质量缩分比、出料粒度、干燥器温场参数、制样精密度、灰分偏倚等方面探讨并提出了试验参数的检验方法和评判方式,讨论了性能试验的煤样选择、试验样组数的确定以及具体操作中应注意的事项。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure of automatic coal sample preparation system,working process and present situation of performance test were introduced.According to the features of automatic coal sample preparation system and combining with actual testing experiences,the test parameters that need to be detected were analyzed from the aspects of sampling quality and division ratio of samples,granularity of discharging,temperature field parameters of desiccator,precision of sampling,bias of ash content and so on.The detection and evaluation methods were proposed.And coal samples selection,sample number determination and operation notes of performance test were discussed.更多还原
