微波照射下岩石颗粒温度分布及影响因素分析

【摘要】 采用有限元方法对微波照射下由黄铁矿和方解石组成的岩石颗粒的温度场分布进行了分析,并讨论了微波功率和时间对温度场的影响。研究结果表明:岩石颗粒中心温度最高且受微波腔体内电场强度影响;温度梯度最高点位于黄铁矿和方解石的交界面,热应力最大;岩石颗粒最高温度相同时,微波加热功率与时间成反比;岩石颗粒能耗相同时,采用短时间高功率的加热方法可以提高破岩效率。

【Abstract】 Under microwave irradiation, the temperature field distribution in the rock particle which is composed of pyrite and calcite is analysed by finite element method, and the influence of microwave power and time is discussed. The results show: the electric field intensity effects the center temperature of rock particle which is the highest in the microwave cavity; temperature gradient is the highest in the interface between pyrite and calcite, and the thermal stress is the largest; the thermal power of microwave is inversely proportional to the time when the highest temperature of rock particle is the same; when the energy consumption of rock particle is equal, the efficiency of breaking rock can be improved by using heating method with short time and high power.
