【摘要】 当前,关于大学生死亡态度、影响因素、死亡教育及危机干预的研究众多,而对善后处理工作中家长和高校矛盾冲突分析的研究却很少。事实上,大学生死亡善后处理工作之所以困难,主要因为高校与学生家长之间存在着明显的矛盾冲突。基于换位角度的深入思考,双方身份的不同和心里期望的差异就是引起这些矛盾冲突的客观原因。同时,结合原因分析及工作实践提出具体解决措施,对大学生死亡善后处理工作也有着很大现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,many researchers focus on college students’ death attitudes,influencing factors,death education and crisis intervention etc.But there are few studies on conflict analysis between parents and colleges in death aftermath work.In fact,what makes the aftermath work so difficult lies mainly in the distinct conflicts between colleges and parents.Based on transposition thinking,the differences in status and psychological anticipation between the both sides are the objective reasons for the conflicts.Meanwhile,this study combines causes analysis and practices to put forward specific solutions,which will have practical significance in solving the college students’ death aftermath work.更多还原
