【摘要】 目的:探讨氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂对再治疗根管消毒的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者科室2014年6月-2015年6月收治的需作根管再治疗的前磨牙患者60例,随机分成治疗组(放置氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂CHI)和对照A组(放置甲醛甲酚FC)、对照B组(放置樟脑酚CP),比较三组患者的临床治疗情况。结果:三组治疗前在细菌检出率方面没有显著性差异(P>0.05);封药后三组细菌检出率均显著下降,但治疗组较其他两组均具有明显优势(P<0.05);治疗组疼痛率、疼痛时间、处理后细菌检查率均显著低于其他两组(P<0.05);治疗组显效率、处理后3d疼痛消失率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:使用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂进行再治疗根管消毒,可显著提高消毒水平,降低疼痛率,对于提高临床疗效具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste for root canal disinfection.Methods 60 patients with anterior teeth in our hospital were required for root canal treatment from June 2014 to June 2015.They were randomly divided into treatment group(placement of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste used in Chi),control group A(placed with FC FC),control group B(place camphor phenol CP) and compared among the three groups of patients with clinical treatment.Results Three groups’ s bacteria detection rate were not significantly different before treatment(P >0.05).Three groups of bacteria detection rate decreased significantly after sealing medicine.The treatment group had obvious advantages than the other two groups(P <0.05).The treatment group were significantly lower than the other two groups in pain rate,time of pain,after processing bacteriological examination rate(P <0.05).The treatment group’s efficiency rate and the pain disappeared rate after three days treatment were significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste for root canal disinfection,can significantly improve the level of disinfection,reduce the level of pain and has important value to improve the clinical efficacy.更多还原
