【摘要】 目的:评估长脉宽1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗幼儿皮肤血管瘤的疗效和不良反应。方法:使用长脉宽可调脉宽1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗280例1月~1岁的患者,分别选择光斑直径2mm、6mm,能量30~90J/cm2和脉宽10ms、15ms、45ms进行治疗,治疗间隔时间为1个月。结果:经1~6次治疗后,268例治愈(95.7%),9例显效(3.2%),3例有效(1.1%),有效率100%。治疗后出现3例感染,2例增生性瘢痕,5例轻度皮肤萎缩,18例轻度色素异常,但均逐渐恢复。结论:长脉宽1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗幼儿皮肤血管瘤疗效显著,不良反应少且短暂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of long-pulsed 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of infant cutaneous hemangiomas. Methods 280 patients with hemangioma from one month to one year were treated with the long-pulsed 1 064 nm Nd: YAG Iaser.Correlated parameters were as follows:spot diameter 2mm,6mm,energy density 30-90 J/cm2,pulse width(10ms,15 ms,45ms),the treatment interval was one month. Results After 1-6 treatment times, 268 cases(95.7%) obtained complete healing,9 cases(3.2%) obtained obvious fading,3 cases(1.1%) gained effective therapy,the effective rate was 100%. There were 3 cases infection,2 cases hyperplastic scar,5 cases slight adermotrophia,18 cases slight pigment alteration after the courses of treatment which can recover gradually. Conclusion The long-pulsed 1 064 nm Nd:YAG Iaser is effective and safe in the treatment of infant cutaneous hemangioma.更多还原
