一种实现50ms断电维持供电的电路设计

【摘要】 针对机载28V直流供电系统50ms供电中断的情况,基于钽电容储能作用,采用充电电路、储能电容、放电电路的结构,设计了一种50ms断电维持供电电路。在输入正常时,由充电电路将钽电容充电至高压来存储能量;当输入断电时,由放电电路将钽电容储能尽可能释放给后级DCDC变换器,从而实现50ms不间断供电。分析了电容充电浪涌电流和断电维持电压振荡的问题,提出了充电限流和宽滞回电压欠压保护方案。经实验电路测试验证,满足指标要求。

【Abstract】 As the airborne 28 V DC power supply system existed the case of power interruption with 50 ms,a circuit based on capacitor energy storage was designed to maintain 50 ms uninterrupted power supply.It was composed of charging circuit,large capacity tantalum capacitor,and discharging circuit.When the input was in normal operation,the tantalum capacitor was charged and kept to high voltage to store more energy by charging circuit.Once the incident of power interruption occurred,the discharging circuit would convert the capacitor energy into a constant voltage to supply the following DC-DC.So 50 ms uninterrupted power supply had been achieved.Problems with capacitor charging current surging and maintain voltage oscillating were analyzed.Schemes of charging current limiting and under voltage protecting of ultra-wide hysteresis voltage were presented.The actual tested results met the requirements.
