【Abstract】 From the perspective of global strategy,reconciling with Cuba,a nemesis of more than half a century,is a significant policy adjustment since Obama took office. From the regional perspective,the restoration of U.S.-Cuba relations helps repair U.S. relations with other Latin American countries and enhance its credibility in this region. Bilaterally, many domestic differences still hinder the diplomatic recognition and the cooperation between the U.S. and Cuba,but the reconciliation is no doubt a historical step. The reconciliation of the U.S. and Cuba is also a sample case for ending enmity peacefully,which will be marked as one of Obama’s diplomatic legacy.更多还原
