【Abstract】 The application effect of USTER QUANTUM EXPERT 3for winding was introduced.The main functions and processing optimization method of USTER QUANTUM EXPERT 3expert system for winding were explained.The application effects of the system in aspects of production,quality control,equipment maintenance etc.were analyzed.It is considered that the expert system has larger data volume and complete functions.Besides real time monitoring,the control of processing and product quality can be achieved by the system.It is beneficial to find out the abnormal problems during production.Moreover,it is convenient for equipment maintenance and the improvement of production efficiency.更多还原
