【摘要】 探讨机械搓捻捻接技术的特点和应用效果。分析了机械搓捻捻接技术的持点、作用原理和工作过程。通过试验,优选出JC 9.7tex集聚纱退捻、牵伸、加捻三项捻接参数的较优配置。阐述了捻接参数调节要点、捻接质量和设备管理工作的各项要求。认为:机械搓捻捻接技术具有外观优良、接头强力高的优势,适应范围广,更适用于档次较高的集聚纱的捻接。应该针对不同的品种、新旧搓捻器使用状况合理调整捻接工艺参数,以获得较佳捻接效果;通过认真做好捻接质量和设备状态的各项预防性检查工作,可以更好地发挥机械搓捻捻接的技术优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Characteristics and application effect of mechanical rubbing twisting splicing technology were discussed.The characteristics,working principle and running process were analyzed.By experiments,better configuration of three splicing parameters including untwisting,draft and twisting for JC 9.7tex condensed yarn were optimized.The key points of splicing parameters and requirements of splicing quality and equipment management were explained.It is considered that mechanical rubbing twisting splicing technology has advantages of better appearance and higher piecing strength.It has wider suitable fields and is better to be used for the splicing of higherlevel condensed yarn.The splicing technology parameters should be reasonable adjusted according the different varieties and using situation of new and old rubbing twisting device to obtain better twisting splicing effect.The technology advantages of mechanical rubbing twist splicing can be well played through ensuring each predictive inspection work for splicing quality and equipment condition.更多还原
