【摘要】 目的:评价果酸联合丹参酮治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:90例寻常痤疮患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用果酸治疗,每周2次,同时口服丹参酮胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d;对照组单纯用果酸治疗,8周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为80.43%,对照组为61.36%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:果酸联合丹参酮治疗寻常痤疮疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the efficacy of glycolic acid combined with tanshinone on acne vulgaris.Methods: Ninety patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in treatment group were treated with glycolic acid( twice a week) and tanshinone capsule( 4 capsules,3 times a day). The patients in control group were treated with glycolic acid only. The efficacy was assessed in two groups after 8 weeks treatment. Results: The effective rate in treatment group was 80. 43%,which was higher than that in the control group( 61. 36%). The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Glycolic acid combined with tanshinone is effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris.更多还原
