【摘要】 东川区隶属云南省昆明市,曾经是我国重要的有色金属工业基地,随着矿产资源的逐渐枯竭,东川的经济社会发展遭遇到了严重的困难。资源枯竭型城市如何找准自己的优势所在?如何找到自己的转型方向?如何定位?就是东川区走出困境的关键所在。通过实地考察调研,结合国家对资源型城市经济转型的试点经验,认为东川区的旅游资源十分丰富,旅游又是朝阳产业、资源消耗低、带动系数大、就业机会多、综合效益好,提出了东川区走出困境、转型发展的优势之一,就是大力发展旅游业;并对加快东川区旅游业发展提出了意见和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dongchuan is belong to Kunming, Yunnan Province,It is an important non-ferrous metals industrial base. With the gradual depletion of mineral resources, the economic and social development Dongchuan encountered serious diffi culties.How do resource-exhausted cities fi nd their own advantage? How to fi nd their own direction of the transformation? How to locate? It is the key to Dongchuan district out of the predicament.The authors made a field research to find out the initiatives and strategies for this program.Combined with the national pilot experience in the economic transformation in resource based cities. Authors think Dongchuan district is very rich in tourism resources.
