液压元件中的流固温耦合问题研究进展
Research Progress of Fluid Structure and Thermal Interaction in Hydraulic Components
【摘要】 流固温耦合作用是影响液压元件使用性能的重要因素,传统的基于刚性等温模型的设计方法无法准确预测摩擦副的真实接触状态,不能满足高性能液压元件的设计要求。对国内外液压元件流固温耦合的研究进展进行了分析、归纳及评述,并对液压元件流固温耦合研究需进一步开展的工作做了展望。
【Abstract】 Fluid structure and thermal interaction is closely related to the performance properties of hydraulic components. The conventional model based on the assumptions of stiff and isothermal conditions can neither be used to give a precise prediction of the contact status of the friction interfaces in hydraulic components to be designed, nor satisfy the demands of designing high quality hydraulic products. A review is presented on state-of-the-art researches on fluid structure and thermal interaction in hydraulic components. Further researches to be done in the future are discussed.
