【摘要】 环京津贫困地区,既是京津地区天然的生态屏障,同时也是国家新一轮扶贫攻坚主战场之一。全区域所辖61个县市区中23个属于国定和省定贫困县,占37.7%。积极探索环京津地区绿色扶贫的新途径,对于改善区域生态环境、打造环京津地区新的发展增长极、推动京津冀协同发展具有重要意义。文章从环京津地区绿色扶贫的必要性入手,分析了其存在的困难和阻力,提出了绿色扶贫的基本路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Poor areas around Beijing-Tianjin are not only the region natural ecological barrier, but also a new crucial battleground of poverty reduction. There’re 23 national and provincial counties out of 61 counties in this area, accounting for 37.7%. Actively exploring the new green poverty alleviation way, it is of great significance to improve the regional ecological environment, create the new development poles around Beijing-Tianjin, promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. This article obtains from the necessity of green poverty alleviation around Beijing-Tianji, analyzes its existing problems and obstacles, puts forward the basic path of the green of poverty alleviation.更多还原
