【Abstract】 Intracranial aneurysm is a primary cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage, which has very high morbidity and mortality. The specific mechanisms for the formation of intracranial aneurysm are not clear at present. The acquired factors related to hypertension, hemodynamics, lipid metabolism and inflammatory reaction of the mechanism of intracranial aneurysm formation were reviewed, which provided reference value for the prevention and treatment of intracranial aneurysm.更多还原
