海底沉积物微生物生烃演化模拟

【摘要】 我国东部海域主要为太平洋板块向欧亚板块俯冲形成的"沟-弧-盆"体系内的弧后拉张盆地,中新统、上新统以及第四系都发育有利于赋存有机质的沉积层。通过对海底沉积物的微生物成烃演化模拟实验,分析海底沉积物微生物的演化及生物气生成特征。模拟实验通过改变生气条件,在不同温度条件下进行菌种的驯化、培养,分析不同温度、环境因素对海底沉积物本源菌生物气生成的影响。模拟结果表明,本源菌在65℃时的CH4产气量最高,而加入碳源并不能增加CH4的产气量。

【Abstract】 The basin of some sea area in eastern China is a " trench arc basin" system in which the Pacific plate subduction to the Eurasian plate. The Miocene,Pliocene and Quaternary of this basin developed mudstone and linestone,which are conducive to the occurrence organic matters deposited layer. Through simulation experiments of sediment microbial evolution in East China Sea to study the biogas generation features of origin bacteria. At the same time,changing the biogas’ s conditions,carried out at different temperatures to domesticat and develop bacteria,then analyze and explore the generated effects of its origin biogas at different temperatures. The simulation results show that when origin bacteria in simulated temperature 65 ℃,the CH4 gas production more than when CH4 gas production at 35 ℃ and 45 ℃. And added carbon source in the culture medium does not increase the CH4 gas production.
