基于微电机系统的多参数传感器与检测系统设计
Design of Sensor and Multi Parameter Detecting System Based on MEMS
【摘要】 基于电化学电流检测原理,利用微机电系统(MEMS)技术、电极表面修饰技术以及酶固定化技术,制备了纳米颗粒增强的多参数生物传感器。采用恒电位微电流检测方法,设计制作了配合该系列传感器的多参数检测系统。以葡萄糖参数为例,验证了检测系统的性能,结果表明,该系统与传统电化学工作站测得的数据相比较,在0.5~22 mmol/L范围内,相关系数达0.994 3。
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of electrochemical current detection,using microelectromechanical systems( MEMS) technology,surface modification technology and enzyme immobilization technology,multi parameter biosensor enhanced by nanoparticles were prepared. By constant potential micro current detection method,designed with multi parameter detection system of the series of sensor. With glucose parameters as an example,verify the performance,the results show that the detection system,compares the system with traditional electrochemical workstation measured data,in the range of 0. 5 ~ 22 mmol / L,the correlation coefficient reached 0. 994 3.
