【摘要】 全球有4.5亿成年人患有糖尿病,其中90%以上为Ⅱ型糖尿病。糖尿病和心脑血管、肿瘤已成为危害人类健康的世界三大疾病,严重影响人类的健康和生活。Ⅱ型糖尿病是一种异质性疾病,其发病主要受遗传、环境、生活方式等因素影响,表现为胰岛素分泌不足、胰岛素抵抗。中药因其多途径、多靶点、副作用小的特点,在治疗糖尿病及其并发症上具有独特的优势。但要完全阐明其作用机制十分困难,因此,明确其中单体化合物的作用机制十分重要,也能为此类新药的开发利用提供必要的依据。文章对主要中药活性成分治疗糖尿病研究进展作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are 450 million adults with diabetes, of which more than 90% are type 2 diabetes. Diabetes and cardiovascular, tumor have become the three most dangerous diseases threatening human health in the world, which have serious impacts on human health and life. Type 2 diabetes is a heterogeneous disease of which pathogenesis is mainly influenced by heredity, environment and lifestyle factors. The major manifestations are insufficient insulin secretion, insulin resistance. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), because of its characteristics of multi-ways, multitargets and small side effects, has a unique advantage in treating diabetes and its complications. To fully elucidate the mechanism of action is very difficult, therefore, to clarify the mechanism of the monomer compounds is very important. It will provide necessary basis for the development and utilization of these new drugs. In this paper, the main active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes are reviewed.更多还原
