国内关于接触热阻在有限元分析中的研究进展

【摘要】 本文简单介绍接触热阻的产生机理以及近些年来国内对接触热阻关于有限元方面最新研究成果和进展,对已有的研究工作进行了总结,并指出以后的研究方向。

【Abstract】 The mechansim of thermal contact resistance is introduced. And the latest research results that using finite element method to simulate thermal contact reisistance are summarized. Based on the reported studies, the future researches are discussed.
