3D打印技术“峡谷”跨越影响因素研究

【摘要】 基于技术采用生命周期"峡谷"理论,从市场、技术、产品和消费者维度对3D打印技术"峡谷"及跨越影响因素进行探讨。通过问卷找到现实和潜在用户,由现实采用者判断当前该技术处于"峡谷"左端,用户以企业、政府为代表,潜在采用者是"峡谷"右端早期大众市场用户代表,是跨越"峡谷"的关键。进一步对潜在采用者分析发现"技术派"最有可能成为"峡谷"跨越的早期大众市场中的单一缝隙市场,"实用派"是进一步可扩展的细分市场。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of technology adoption life cycle,we research the"chasm"period of 3D printing technology and the influencing factors of crossing the "chasm "from the following aspects: market,technology,product,and user.. Through surveys,the reality and potential users of 3D printing technology are found. It then analyzes the reality users and finds that 3D printing technology is in the left of the"chasm"; the main user is corporations and government organizations; potential users are user representatives of the early mass market in the right of the"chasm"who are the key to crossing the "chasm". Besides,there are significant differences in the focus factors between users at the both ends of the"chasm". Through exploratory factor analysis on potential users,we find that the"technophiles"is most likely to be the users of a niche market in the early mass market,and the "pragmatists"may be a market segment for further expansion.Finally,this dissertation proposes some suggestions for three different types of users.
