【摘要】 目的:提高欠发达地区高等医学院校研究生的创新能力,根据现状提出针对性的建议,以促进研究生教育教学水平发展。方法:对某欠发达地区高等医学院校126名研究生进行抽样调查,使用spss21.0进行统计分析,探讨研究生的创新能力培养现状。结果:被调查研究生对目前教育评价及满意度较高;导师侧重培养研究生的创新思维和研究方法,研究生则希望导师提供课题和研究方向;占一大部分教师继续采用传统的教学方式,与研究生见面的频率大多不确定;研究生的创新成果主要是学术论文,但超过半数的人没有发表过论文,所拥有的科研资金不足和导师队伍薄弱是创新工作的限制因素。结论:研究生虽拥有良好的硬件措施和学术水平较高的导师辅导开展创新工作,但科研水平和创新能力相对薄弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the postgraduates’ innovation ability in medical college of border ethnic areas of developing areas,according to the present situation to put forward some corresponding suggestions, in order to promote the development of graduate education teaching level. Methods:Sampling Investigate 126 postgraduates of higher medical institutions in underdeveloped areas,use SPSS 21.0 to add up and analyze,explore the current situation of postgraduates’ innovation ability training. Results:Surveyed-postgraduates are satisfied with the current higher education;Tutor focus on cultivating the postgraduates’ innovative thinking and research methods, thought postgraduates want to be provided the project and research direction;a large proportion of teachers continue to use traditional teaching way, it’s uncertainly to meet with postgraduates; postgraduates’ innovation mainly are academic papers, more than half of the people don’t publish papers any more,lack of scientific research funds and tutor team are limiting factors to innovation job.Conclusion(s):Although postgraduates have good hardware measures and higher academic level tutors coaching to innovation work, but the level of scientific research and innovation ability are relatively weak.更多还原
