【摘要】 目的完善五脉地椒的鉴别标准。方法采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别对山东产五脉地椒的形态、组织结构进行研究,采用高效液相色谱法测定叶、茎、花不同部位的山柰酚含量。结果明确并建立了五脉地椒药材的性状、各部位(根、根茎、茎、叶)组织构造特征,叶、花、茎部位中山柰酚含量分别为0.142 7、0.032 31、0.081 44 mg/g。结论建立了五脉地椒的来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别及理化鉴别方法,为五脉地椒药材标准制定提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide further evidence for the identification and quality control of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak. Methods The pharmacognosy of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak produced in Shandong was investigated by using the source identifi cation, the macroscopical and microscopical identifi cation methods. The contents of kaempferol in different tissue were studied using HPLC.Results The botanical anatomy characteristics of T.quinquecostatus Celak(including roots, rhizome, stems, leaves) were measured. The contents of kaempferol in leaves, flower and stem tissues are 0.142 7、0.032 31 and 0.081 44 mg/g, respectively, determined using HPLC.Conclusion The pharmacognosy characteristics of T.quinquecostatus Celak were described and the content of kaempferol in different tissues was determined using HPLC, which will provide fundamental data for the identifi cation and quality control of T.quinquecostatus Celak.更多还原
