重力式热管与墙体结合的散热装置热工性能研究

【摘要】 本文对重力式热管与墙体结合的散热装置展开研究。分别进行重力式热管与户内内墙、户间隔墙及外墙相结合的理论分析计算及实验研究。通过调整与户内内墙结合的重力式热管散热装置双侧粉饰层的厚度比,可灵活实现内墙对不同负荷的双侧房间同时供暖;与外墙结合的重力式热管散热装置随着供回水平均温度升高,散热损失百分比下降。实验表明:当过余温度为64.5℃、供回水温差为13℃时,安装每m~2重力式热管散热器的散热量为1419.2W。相同过余温度下,该散热装置可不考虑流量对散热量的影响。保证与热管结合的墙体的各个构造层厚度一致,墙体表面就会有很好的温度均匀性。

【Abstract】 This article main research the heat dissipation device which constitutes by gravity heat pipe and the wall.The theoretical analysis calculation and experimental study should be separately conducted in gravity heat pipe combined with indoor wall,partition wall and exterior wall.By adjusting the thickness ratio of both sides of the plaster layer of gravity heat pipe radiator combined with indoor wall,we can flexible realize heating in the same time for the different load on both sides room by indoor wall;The heat loss percentage of gravity heat pipe radiator combined with exterior wall will decline when average temperature of supply and return water rises.Experiments show that:when surplus temperature attains 64.5 "C and the temperature difference of supply and return water attains 13 C,the heat dissipating capacity of per square meter of gravity heat pipe radiator is 1419.2W.The radiator needn’t consider flow’s effect for the heat dissipating capacity when surplus temperature remains unchanged.The surface of the wall will maintain good temperature uniformity if each structural layer of the wall which combined with heat pipe has the same thickness.
