【摘要】 目的了解深圳市福田区企业员工健康素养水平及其影响因素,为提高企业员工健康素养,制定针对企业的健康教育干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取深圳市三家企业600名员工进行健康素养问卷调查。结果深圳市福田区企业员工健康素养平均分为53.27±5.73,健康素养及格率为9.39%。基础知识、生活方式与健康技能的达标率分别为41.22%、21.74%和48.90%。不同户籍和健康管理情况不同的企业员工的健康素养水平差异具有统计学意义。结论企业员工健康素养水平偏低,需要通过提高企业员工获得健康信息的积极性,推广健康生活方式等途径提高健康素养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand Status and influencing factors of health literacy among employees of Futian District of Shenzhen City,and to provide the basis for the development and evaluation of health literacy policies and intervention measures.Methods Using cluster random sampling method,a total of 600 employees from 3 enterprises were collected,and they participated in health literacy survey.Results The overall level of health literacy of Futian employees was 9.39%,the level of basic knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behaviors,as well as basic health skills were 41.22%,21.74%and 48.90%,respectively.The differences of different census register and health management had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of health literacy of Futian employees is low,so the initiative of accessing to health information,and generalizing healthy lifestyle should be strengthened.更多还原
