【摘要】 在依法治国的进程中,基于培养社会主义法治国家所需要的合格人才的要求,高校的法治教育具有举足轻重的作用。尽管目前高校法治教育成绩喜人,但是还存在一些主客观因素的制约,使得法治教育的实效不如人意。对这些制约因素加以分析并提出相应对策,成为当前高校法治教育必须面对的课题,也是提升法治教育实效性的迫切要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of managing state affairs according to the law,the law-related education in colleges and universities plays an important role in the training of qualified personnel in line with the needs of the socialist legal state. Although the law-related education has achieved great success,but we must face that the restriction of some subjective and objective factors still exist,the effect of law-related education is far from satisfactory. Analysis and solution to these constraints has becomes the current issue that the law-related education in colleges and universities must face,but also the urgent requirements of enhancing the effectiveness of law-related education.更多还原
