【摘要】 本文着眼于我国社会养老保险整体制度体系的历史变迁,对其主要的发展阶段和涉及的制度模块进行总结梳理。研究发现,改革开放以后,我国社会养老保险制度经历了从无到有、从城市到农村、从职工到居民、从"碎片化"到逐步精简、从制度隔绝到相互接续的发展整合过程,初步建立了一个覆盖全民的社会养老保险制度体系。今后,应将被征地农民养老保险制度整合归集,提高养老保险统筹层次,完善统一的社保信息系统建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the overall system of social endowment,including its historical evolution,main stages of development,and the system modules involved in the process. Major findings indicate that after the reform and openingup policy was implemented,China’s social endowment insurance system has experienced a growth from non-existence to existence,from urban areas to rural areas,from public employees to ordinary residents,from "fragmentation"to gradually streamlined practice,from the systematic isolation to continuation and mutual integration. China has basically established a social endowment insurance system covering all the people. In the future,it is necessary to include the peasants’ endowment insurance after their land was drafted to raise the insurance service to a higher level of coordination,and to improve the information system building for social endowment insurance.更多还原
