【Abstract】 Organized crimes consist of organized legal violations that involve violence,threats or other illegal means to dominate a local area with evil-doing,bullying,and harming against the public well-being,seriously undermining the local economy and social order.These organizations and crimes are not entirely social problems,but also represent profound political influence and political roots.Crackdown on "organized crimes" requires the governance of these roots to tackle both the "symptoms and causes" with focus on the root causes.Particularly,it is necessary to perform "radical reform" from the perspectives of politics and regime.更多还原
