退火工艺对430不锈钢冷轧带钢各向异性的影响

【摘要】 实验研究了430不锈钢冷轧带钢在连续退火和等温退火过程中带钢塑性应变比r的变化,分析了冷轧压下量以及退火工艺对带钢各向异性的影响。结果表明,退火后430冷轧带钢在与轧制方向呈90°方向上的塑性应变比r90明显的高于45°、0°方向上的塑性应变比r45、r0,且r45和r0的值较为接近;冷轧压下量增加可明显提高带钢的平均塑性应变比(r),冷轧压下量从60%增加到84%,可使带钢r值从0.9提高到1.3;退火工艺改变并不对430冷轧带钢的塑性应变比产生明显的影响。

【Abstract】 The variations of Lankford values r of the cold-rolled 430 stainless steel during continuous and isothermal annealing process were investigated by a simulated annealing experiment,and the influence of cold-rolled reduction and annealing process on the Lankford values of the strip was analyzed. For the cold-rolled 430 stainless steel,the Lankford value in the transverse direction( r90) is obviously higher than that of the diagonal( r45) and rolling( r0) directions,and the value of r45 is similar to the value of r0. The mean Lankford value rincreases from 0. 90 to 1. 30 when cold-rolled increases from 60% to 84%; with variation of annealing process it is not significant effect on the r value of the strip.
