基于积分吸收光谱技术的NO2气体浓度检测
Concentration Detection of NO2 based on Integral Absorption Spectroscopic Technique
【摘要】 为了满足氮氧化物工业排放浓度检测和氮氧化物排放总量控制的要求,本文基于积分光谱技术对二氧化氮气体浓度进行了检测。建立了基于积分吸收光谱技术的NO2气体分析方法和光学参量与气体浓度之间的关系。研究了积分吸收光谱技术的探测限、零点漂移、量程漂移和测量误差。实验结果表明在信噪比为2时NO2气体探测限为1 mg/m3。零点漂移小于1 mg/m3,满量程漂移小于0.6%,最大相对误差为0.5%。证明了基于积分吸收光谱技术可以实现固定污染源排放NO2气体浓度的高精度直接检测。
【Abstract】 In order to meet accurate detection for the concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions and control of total nitrogen oxide emissions,NO2 concentration was directly measured based on integral absorption spectroscopy. Analysis method was established based on integral absorption spectroscopy. The relationship between NO2 concentration and optical parameter was built. The detection limit,the zero point,full span drifts and measurement error of the integral absorption spectroscopy were studied. The experimental results indicate that the detection limit reached 1 mg / m3 at the signal to noise ratio of 2,the zero drift was 1 mg / m3,the full span drift and maximum relative error of NO2 concentration was 0. 6% and 0. 5% respectively. It is proved that direct detection of NO2 with high sensitivity can be realized based on the integral absorption spectroscopic technique.
