【摘要】 目的:评价糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病诊断中的应用价值,为疾病管理提供借鉴。方法:选取医院妇科、门诊、体检中心诊断的糖尿病114例患者作为研究对象,纳入病例组,按照年龄(±2)、性别、BMI(±1)选取同期收治的最终诊断为糖耐量减低患者114例患者纳入对照组,均进行全面的空腹血糖、糖耐量、糖化血红蛋白检测,对比相关指标,将病例组、对照组资料混合,交给两个内分泌科医师诊断,一组采用Hb A1c诊断(≥6.5%)、一组采用空腹血糖(≥7.0mmol/L)诊断。结果:病例组的空腹血糖、糖耐量实验0.5 h、1 h、2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Hb A1c可作为糖尿病、糖尿病前期鉴别诊断指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of its application in the diagnosis of diabetes,and to provide reference for the management of the disease.Method The hospital,clinic,patients with diabetes diagnosis examination center as the research object,114 patients were enrolled,included in the case group,according to age,gender(± 2),BMI(± 1) the final diagnosis from the same period for impaired glucose tolerance in patients with 114 cases were included in the control group.Overall the fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance,Hb A1 c test,correlation index comparison,the case group and control group data mixed to 2 Department of Endocrinology physician diagnosis,a group with Hb A1 c diagnosis(≥6.5%),a group with fasting blood glucose(≥7.0 mmol/L) diagnosis.Results The FPG,0.5 h,1 h,2 h OGTT and Hb Alc levels in the case group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Hb A1 c can be used as a diagnostic index for early diagnosis of diabetes and diabetes.更多还原
